Community matters too. We actively seek ways to contribute and help our fellow Sussex a residents, whether it's by donating gift certificates for local fundraisers, sponsoring local events, or collecting items for the student pantry at Sussex High School. We believe in giving back and making a positive impact wherever we can.
Cara Seeley RMT, RAc.
Cara completed the education requirements at ICT Northumberland College in Halifax, NS in July of 2000. She is a member of the New Brunswick Massotherapy Association. Cara has recently received her Diploma in Acupuncture and is also a member of the Maritime Association of Registered Acupuncturists.
Lyndi Beers RMT, BScKin.
Lyndi graduated from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in June of 2005. In June of 2006, Lyndi completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at UNB. She is a member of the Association of New Brunswick Massage Therapists.
Erika McDermott RMT.
Erika is a local girl from Sussex, living here her whole life. She has been a practicing RMT in good standing with the ANBMT and CMTNB since 2013. Being with Massage Matters since 2016, she brings with her modalities like Cupping, Guasha, Kinesio Taping, Deep Tissue Therapy and has a focus on rehabilitative treatments.
Growing up in the rink playing hockey she now shares her love of the ice watching her oldest at CanSkate. Erika lives in Apohaqui with her two daughters and fiancé.

Erin Roy, RMT.
Originally from St.Martins, Erin now lives in Midland with her husband and three daughters. She joined Massage Matters in 2009 and has been in good standing practicing since 2006. With a focus on building each individual treatment to fit your needs, a few of her many modalities include Structural MyoFascial Release, Deep Tissue, RAPID, TMJ Therapy, Cupping and Kinesio Taping. Interesting Fact: Erin has been a trained Doula for over 18 years and her prenatal clients love asking her questions to ease their worry. Erin is also a certified infant massage instructor and loves to work on those babies.
You can find Erin racing around with her daughters on their way to one of many beloved sporting events like Ski Racing, Cross Country, Track and Flag Rugby.
